Cancellation Policy

🌸 Booking Policy 1. Appointments All treatments and consultations must be booked in advance to secure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to therapist and room availability. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online scheduling platforms. 2. Deposits & Payments A deposit 30% may be required to confirm certain treatments or packages. Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and approved digital wallets. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if notice is given within the required timeframe. 4. Arrival & Punctuality Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms and prepare for treatments. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time to avoid delays for other guests. 5. Health & Safety Guests must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments during booking or consultation. The spa reserves the right to refuse or adjust services for safety reasons. Herbal consultations and wellness therapies are complementary and not substitutes for medical care. 6. Group Bookings & Packages Group or package bookings require advance notice and may involve special terms. Discounts or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. 7. Refunds & Credits Refunds are not offered for completed services. Prepaid packages or deposits may be credited toward future bookings if cancellations meet policy terms.
